Spring has been such a crazy whirlwind.

A combination of life-changing experiences, spontaneous decisions, and ups and downs that unfailingly, make life less than perfect – nothing a 3-day trip to Cancun can’t ameliorate. Within 3 days of getting know each other, my roomies and I deemed 2017 as the year to explore and travel. That’s the fun thing about living with two other ‘influencers.’ We all appreciate a good adventure and have the flexibility in our schedules to travel! Brighton and I have been living in wanderlust ever since we returned home from Cabo San Lucas in January. (We planned that trip 2 days before leaving)! So, as soon as we got home, I was searching for our next beach getaway.

We decided on a newly renovated, all-inclusive resort opening in Cancun, The Grand at Moon Palace. The Grand is one of the dozens of awe-worthy resorts, Palace Resorts has to offer in Mexico and Jamaica. It actually opened the week we got there! Going through these photos of our vacay at the Grand makes my heart so happy because each and every day was absolutely incredible.

The whole stay was fantastic from start to finish and you leave feeling totally pampered. There were A LOT of restaurants to choose from and the interiors were breath-taking – so I definitely recommend trying all of the restaurants. The waiters can’t do enough for you. They were so patient and kind – kind enough to not only listen to me practice my Spanish, but actually helped me all week! So, I’d say this trip was also educational! The rooms are lovely with double whirlpool baths and optics and are kept spotless. We spent the majority of our mornings eating fruit on the beach under a cabana, the afternoons reading and relaxing with a beer in hand by the pool, playing water volleyball by late afternoon, and off to the the rooms for a jacuzzi bath by sundown. For dinner, we usually hit up a couple of restaurants, not going to lie… hehe. The Italian spot was our favorite!
